All parents need a little encouragement when it comes to fitness. Here at The Baby Kottage, we offer a unique Fitness Challenge for our members. Participants are grouped in 2 teams of about 10-15 members. They keep track of their goals, such as life changes (quitting smoking, less TV, etc), diet goals, and we even have ways for our pregnant members to join in! TBK Fitness Challenge also allows members to participate in weekly bonus challenges. These extra challenges help members reach their goals faster! Our system of encouragement and support is one you'll appreciate when you join in on the fun! So check us out! See if TBK Fitness Challenge is right for you! Sign-ups run once a month and are ongoing. Deadlines for sign-ups is the 25th of each month. Join us in January as we get fit after the holidays!
